Hi, I just had one replaced 2 months ago, I just bought the clutch kit, this cost about £160 and I got the labour work done from a local garage as they were cheaper than the fiat main dealer quote - still the whole experience was expensive. Labour came to £250.

The clutch from my fiat dealer in derby will cost £102, this is a reconditioned clutch but has 12 months warrenty.
How ever if fiat do the job they quoted me £600, luckley i got my usual garage to have a look and they said they charge £195 for labour if I get the clutch.
My advise is get the clutch yourself and then find a garage that will fit it at a resonable price.
I had a clutch fitted few months back, it would have cost £600 from main dealer but I got a local Clutch centre to fit it,They can fit one for £185 That includes the clutch, it may not be a fiat part but I at that price who cares.
