Technical How easy is it to replace the down pipe

How easy is it to replace the down pipe on a 51 brava ? 1.6 ?

Ive never done it but the exhaust exits on the back of the block. between the engine and firewall. It might be tricky.

I have got the cat directly next to the engine block. How easy would it be to remove the cat and so on ?
