How do I tell if my Fiat has had a recall?

If you buy a new Fiat and your car is part of a recall, your car manufacturer will notify you directly, usually via post or email.

I bought a used Fiat (Croma). How do I know if there was a recall (and not sure if the previous owner would have had it fixed)?
