the trick is to use silicon rather than exhaust paste (only after the cat mind never before as it kills lambdas)
anyway silicone allows joints to slide together easy and also oozes out of the slpit in rear pipe that you clamp up
if you use cement on the clamp and get it wrong ie blowing then clamp is ruined and you create lots of hard work
just fitted a centre pipe before my dinner took all of 15 minutes off and on because pipe was a klarius and i had used silicone on the back box last year so it came of with 5 hammer taps
