Technical how 2 fit lowering springs

Any one out there know how difficult it is to fit lowering springs on a 2001 1.2 8v punto do you need any special tools?

A set of spring clamps, other than that just a socket set, jack, wheel brace etc. You must have a set of spring clamps though. You can buy a set for less than £20, or maybe borrow some.
