im on nurofen cold and flu, im allergic to lactose so cant have much of the stuff on market

Oooooooh what a bummer, nearly everything tablet-wise has lactose in . If you've a cough as well, how about one of the combined mixtures such as Sudafed (daytime) or Actifed (night time) to clear both head and cough? Then you could take plain nurofen (not sure if the plain tablets are lactose free but the liquid capsules are) when necessary for pain/ fever. And a big dose of rest, staying warm and relaxing .

only thing keeping me going is that i have new pjs!!
