now whilst i can see the parents getting nervous of this it could be a genuine photgrapher/hobby photographer.
this is a nice open part in a decent area.

i had a similar style of incident myself recently.i was walking home through the meadows in edinburgh.nice sunny day so i sat on a bench and read my paper for a bit.
the benches are near the kids playground but the play bit is surrounded by fencing/railings and the benches are about 20 feet away from the railings.
i had the ipod on and was pretty oblivious to what was going on until i noticed a dad glowering over at me
now i was in uniform from work and not even paying attention to what was going on and these are the only benches in this bit of the park.
in the end the i moved on being left feeling uncomfortable.
i did consider a confrontation :chin: but thought better off it.
i think perhaps parents can get a bit over zealous on this?
i understand you need ot be aware but what did he think i was going to do reading my paper?
