Little update, my friend with an Essesse bet me a fair amount of money that my T-jet would never beat him in a quarter mile... Well I'm not one to turn down a challenge. So time to get started.
Got my hands on a loverly Forge induction today which will be going on tomorrow, my forge intercooler is on order, and looking for an Essesse garret turbo now, then more to follow :). oh it's gonna happen! My insurance will love my next phone call haha.

Fitted the intake this morning, everyone has problems with the mount snapping so I made a new one that won't :D, sounds lovely! And give the bay a tidy up while I was at it.

Intercooler to go on next which I aren't tooling forward too!! Need take whole front of the car to pieces :(.

As some of you know who have me on Facebook, ive been quiet big on the idea of Plasti-dipping my car, as my paint work is horrible! everything is fading and mismatching and really needs something doing. The only colour ive had no doubts about is White Gloss :/ ive always loved them in white and i did originally try to buy a white T-jet before orange, which makes me think maybe its the right colour to choose. ill also be plasti-dipping my alloys/roof/all minor trim/and also designing my own diffuser, all out of black gloss plasti-dip. Any Thoughts?.

Sooooo, little update ;), by that i mean sexy as hell update! Managed to pursued my friend to give me his exhaust set up from his abarth essesse since he's had a custom one, managed to find an hour n half spare today to swap it over since mine was on its last legs due to rust! and dam it was a pain in the ass but got there in the end.

i do have videos but i dont know how to upload them! it sounds amazing :), theres a vid on my facebook if you want to hear it; 'Alex Hinks' other than that, you'll have to wait untill MITcar.

Is that from an Abarth GP? If so good choice. ;) Have a look at my thread. :)

As those of you know with the Abarth back boxs the tips are in the wrong place due to them bending down under the abarths plastic trim!, it annoyed me too much, so i cut my tips off and welded them back on in the correct position! looks so much better now :).

Had a lovely delivery today! so thought ide make the most of this weather and get a nice mod done before MITcar, as allways it starts with a nice clean car ;)

Here is what i had delivered, PLASTIDIP!

i recently had my abarth exhaust kit on, and thought it looks a little bit lonely on its own and needs a bit of spicing up! so this is what i came up with :D.

firstly masked off the area i wanted to spray up,

then got to work learning how to use plastidip, which is very easy i may add!, this is the first coat 50% coverage.

this is 4 coats, and 100% coverage, and then pealed the tape off and left it to dry to its matte finish, while i did that i tidied up the front end and gave that another coat of black, and then glossifier over the top!

Once the back was fully dry (30 mins or so) i then give 2 coats of glossifier over the top to finish it off :) and personally i think it looks awesome!, such an easy mod but makes a huge difference.
