Technical High top...why?

Just wondered the reasons for people getting the high top for their doblo?
Were you glad you got one?

Also, with the high top version, does it fit under barriers to picnic sites etc?

Silly questions, maybe, but interesting!

I think the high top option from Fiat is mainly aimed at Taxi drivers (there's hundreds of high top Doblo taxis in Bristol ) and for people wanting enough room for a wheelchair at the back.
Not sure about it fitting under height restrictors as when I have the roof box on it won't go under them (I've tried it).

Asuming that all barriers are the same height, I would still like to know if a doblo with a high top will fit under them.

2 metres are'nt they?
