Technical high revs and occassional rev hunting

My punto mk1 75sx (97) is suffering from high revs around 1500rpm and every now and then hunts between 1500 and 2000 rpm. Does anyone have an idea what it could be? I'm getting well annoyed with it:bang:

you could check if the rubber bit on the end of the throttle body (where the gas cable comes out) is not cracked if it is glue it back on.

and problem be fixed

(if it is what i ones had sometimes it got stuck in high revs)
