General HID conversion kits

hi all,

not much knoledge on this subject...i think i finally figured out how to install HID's

but i need to know will the punto mk2 pass MOT headlight pattern with a good set of HID conversion kit on it?

also what is best colour 4300k or 6000k and 35w or 50w?

im not an MOT tester but know that the garage i work at we fail MOT if the headlight pattern is not correct if it does not have the line and kick up on end...so would the HID give this pattern like standard and what are the new rules mate?

pattern is fine, but when new rule comes in hids fail no matter what, unless fitted with all the stuff they come on on cars that come with them as standard. you have a few months yet

im wanting an ice blue colour will 8000k be ok?

and would i need H7, H7R or H7C for a punto headlight?? i think the difference is in the length of the bulb but would a standard one fit?
