Hi, I have problem with my Fiat Uno Mia 1.1, it doesn't start but the engine cranks.

I have check my plugs, distributor, ignition coil and the fuel pump is working.

It was my daily runner 1st kick starter unless if I parked it over night then I have to pump the petrol and it will start on the 3rd kick but not really stressing nor the problem. The It started smoking, but still driving good also had power. Then I took to mechanic (that's when the problem started) he managed to change the rings, plugs, gasket, oil filter and oil, but after doing that he struggled to get it start again. After while he managed to make it start but struggling to idle. Then I drove with it maybe for a week then parked for almost 2 weeks, when trying to start you would hear it started while holding the key, when leaving the key it also dies and it was also spitting petrol on the wind screen. Please anyone help

It starts through push and when it started you have to keep your foot on the accelerator when take you foot out it dies while in motion.
