At the moment, until I write an upload function, pictures cannot be held on this server (This will change) so you need to have them on an existing website already.
Once you have put them on a webserver somewhere, make a note of the url (eg http://www.site.com/image.jpg) and come here to create a new post.
Where you want the image to appear, click the 'insert picture' button (a picture of mountains and a sun with an arrow) which will add two 'img' tags (in square brackets) to your post.
IN BETWEEN these, add the FULL url to your image (include http://) so it will look something like this (replace ( and ) with the square equivilant)
(img)http://www.somewhere.com/image.jpg(/img)
This will then load it into your post automatically when the topic is viewed.
This can also be used for signatures , normal posts etc....
