Just a quick intro,i'm based in the south of Ireland, have had numerous fiats over the years.
As i'm unable to source a fiat forum here ,i opted for the Scots forum, after all i'm from Piasley,so i should blend in.
my current Fiat is an 1100R,that i am about to restore,as some of you will know these cars a a bit thin on the ground.
Hopefully there is a fellow enthusiast on here, who has or had a Fiat 1100.

Hi and welcome along, look forward to see how the restoration comes along, be sure to pop up a thread in the projects section for us all to enjoy

Thanks very much lads, yes i will post some pics up at some stage of the project.
unfortunately i have a lot of projects, but i intend to get stuck into the 1100 , i hope to have it finished by the summer [ not necessarily this summer ] ???

Welcome Spannernut,

Fiat 1100r....mmm don't know that one too well. Is it a cute little car, not unlike a mini at the front, and BMW 2002 at the back? Sounds a good project, all the best.
