Lol - this is a good one...
206 Vs. Bravo HGT...
not really a fair fight is it...?
Right, Performance... Pug has a 2.0 16v engine, Bravo has a 2.0 20v engine... so pug may be quicker off the mark due to weight etc. but won't have the mid pull of the HGT.. also it won't drive like a Fiat engine... where's the redline
Size... comparing the two is wrong... 206 is a similar size to the Punto not the Bravo... and yes maybe the Punto HGT is a bit (note I say maybe) slower than the Pug but it's a 1.8 not a 2.0
Looks... Does this really need to be said... c'mon Bravo - Sleek Italian looks Screaming of originality and taste..... Erm... Pug 206 Overgrown Techno Rollerskate designed with Hairdressers in mind (like the Tigra and that wierd looking ford thing based on the Fiesta - eeuuuuggghh). One of the first thing that struck me about the 206 is how much of a blatant rip-off the rear lights are of the Bravo ones (but done badly).
When it comes down to it I like Fiats for the engines and looks first off... The engines are made for Italian drivers and suited to how I drive. And the looks are always original and then copied by everyone else.... I know a few people who work for TVR and openly admit that the rear lights on one of them were copied from the bravo. So is the 206, the new Mondeo ... the old punto lights are now on the Corsa... as it says on the Motor Show web site...
Fiat...ten European Car of the Year awards -six more than any other manufacturer - confirm its supremacy in the field of automobile design and manufacture.

This is all my opinion, but if you wanna compare with reasoned argument, fair enough, to a point. Otherwise post it on www.girlsandhairdressersonly.com/forum where it belongs - LOL
