Help!

When i bought my 1998 R reg fiat punto i didnt get a users manual with it can anyone tell me - where the petrol gauge is on the bottom of that area there is a orange light that comes on then flicks off what is the light for??

its to tell you you have not got much petrol left, when petrol is lower it will stay on.

unless you are talking about the little key light that says code, that comes on when you first turn ther key, that goes out when computer has read the chip in your key.

I thought it may be but was a bit worried as i have no manuals! Which is the oil light then is that at the top?

No its a full orange circle light and it flicker on and off all the way home today. No symbol or anything in it.
