Technical Help with manifold/air filter

Hi guys, first off im new here so hi everyone
Well i got this punto off my mate, for £300 runs great and its an absolute bargain. No problems at all so far aprt from frozen doors lol. He showed me theres a pipe missing though that goes from exhaust manifold to air filter, it doesn't really affect performance at the moment but he said it would be better to have it, especially in the cold. My dad said it won't be much. But does anybody know what you call the pipe that goes from the manifold to the air filter/air cleaner box so i could order one? Theres a link to picture below. Go to FIAT and describe what you want to the man at the parts desk. He'll probably print it off and show it to you.

Easy peasy.

It really does very little indeed, most have them removed.

So it can be left off then and its nothing major? Some other guy said i could block it off with a blanking plate or something. Would this be recommended or just to leave it for now?
