General help with aux please!?!?!?!

hi, ive posted about this problem before but never found an answer, I have a 2006 gp 1.4 dynamic and it has blue and me, I bought an aux cable off amazon which has a yellow block, so I plugged it into the back of the HU and pressed source twice but an aux option didn't even show?

Is aux available to my car or do I need to get the windows updated?

Please help me with this, been trying for months!

If you've got blue and me then you need to have that connected in order for the input to work. However that plugs into the aux socket as well, so somehow you need to have them both plugged in at the same time. Have a look at this thread.

I maybe way off here as my GP doesn't have Blue&Me but my Aux is accessed by pressing the CD button twice.

Did you take the little yellow connector off of the multi plug (its a blank) and attach the aux one to the multi plug and plug it all back in?
If not, that is probably your problem.
