righ basicaly im on a budget (ie no cash atall) so can u just remove the front half of the airbox and the ducting that goes to it and just leave the back part and filter on and if so what happens with all the ducting that goes into it what do they do to and do u need them ?

yeah that draws in cold air,but if you want to force more coldair in its easier to by the flexible ductiong.as to your original idea 1.trhe filter would clog wiyth crap real quick 2. the engine would be drawing in really hot air which kills your engine power
