Help - Red key but no blue key !

I just bought a Bravo. The dealer couldn't find the blue key as he'd misplaced it, but he sold the car to me with the red key.

What I need to know is, how easy/difficult is it to have a blue key made. Whats the cost involved and does it have to be sent off somewhere for it to be chipped ...any help would be great.
