Technical Help, not starting since this this storm hit

Has a p0488-72 code which was egr stuck open.
I didn't think this would prevent the engine from starting but it did.
I took the throttle body off and egr.
Cleaned them up and all is working great.

I have an xtool d7s , great bit of kit for diagnostics

You can try to start the car with all the glow plugs removed. If 1 cilinder is pushing fuel vapor out of it more than others, then you have a leaky injector at that cilinder.

If that injector leaks so much that the pump can't hold pressure at the rail you have your no start.
