Technical Help needed identifying part name please! 17 reg Tipo Hatch easy 1.4

Hi folks first time posting as I need some help identifying a part that I need to order for some repairs to be done after some inconsiderate person pranged my front bumper in my work secure car park but drove off without telling anyone. As such I have got a local repair shop working on sorting the issues and I need to source one final part that appears to be some sort of air vent that it behind the bumper below the head light. I don't know the name so cannot think what to search so I can order it. Can anyone with more experience than me a complete novice help? Photo of said part from above here...thanks in advance

It is the part labelled 15 on the diagram below. I have emailed the company who owns the image below but yet to hear back other than to ask my registration. Does anyone have any ideas what the part is called and where I can find one to be delivered asap?

Agreed. I am finding naming this part really tough and frustrating and need it for the repairs to take place. Thanks for looking at replying though. Appreciate it.
