Technical help needed i need to remove the battery on my fiat ducato 2.5 ccdiesel 1998 motorhome i have three keys one red others black, immobiliser be ok ??

i need to remove the battery on my motorhome a fiat ducato 2.5cc diesil 1998 will this cause a problem with my immobiliser ? i have the 3 orig keys 1 red others black

Make sure all the keys are no where near the vehicle when disconnecting or reconnecting the battery.
