Technical Help! Im stuck!

Hi, i went to change the oil on my sporting 1.2 16v mk2 today but cant undo the key/screw/hole thingy (whateva) to drain the oil. Its propper wedged! I got an oil sump key toque wench all the tools to do it but its super stuck n aint budgin. does anyone know what way it shud turn? or how i can get the f*%£r out? pls help
