Help! Fullback pairing reset

Hi,
So I took delivery of a fullback today and I love it! The only issue is the previous owner, who can’t be traced, due to a lease has changed the passcode yo get into the phone / Bluetooth menu. Any ideas how to bypass this. I have a 2018 fullback.
Any advice would be great, as I am one very frustrated 18 year old this evening

Unfortunately the traditional 'DIY' plug in reset might not work on a 2018.. as the industry made things harder

If you have a FIAT warranty it might be worth enquiring.. AS Dealer only
. Or audio specialist might be a way..
