Hello all,
I don't usually come to other car sections but could anyone help me find the wiring loom that connects to the fiat stilo 1.6 throttle body please?

Unfortunately fiat in all their wisdom used the same intake manifold on the stilo as the punto (or at least the 1.2 8v) but decided to use a different connection, mine on my punto has 2 rows of 3 pins, the stilo TB uses one row of 6.

I plan to use the stilos connection and attach to the puntos wiring loom but first I actually need to find the part and possibly a circuit diagram if anyone also knows where to find that.

Main question though I just need the wiring loom if anyone knows where to look.

This is the 1.6 engine management wiring diagram and the throttle body connector diagram.

N75 = Throttle Body

That part of the wiring loom is not available separately from Fiat. You would have to buy the complete engine loom. Better to cut the section you want from a loom in a breakers.

Hello thanks for the reply i wasn't expecting one!
If I or you managed to find the same diagram from a 1.2 8v punto mk2 or grande punto (same engine I believe) would you have any idea as to which pins match up to each other?

I'll definitely try the breakers however

This is the GP 1.2 8v engine management wiring diagram and the throttle body connector diagram.

N075 is the Throttle Body.

Internal electrical parts of the throttle body appear to be similar for the 1.6 Stilo and 1.2 GP. You may be lucky and just have to change the wiring like for like, but I don't know for sure. If the electrical component values in the 2 throttle bodies are different, then the 1.2 ECU may not be able to control the 1.6 TB correctly.

unfortunately the values of resistance and the motor windings are different, that an electronically knowledgeable friend found out for me which is a shame because it bolts on the same just different electrical workings, don't see why fiat bothered to change this, but it's a shame since it's hard to get a bored out TB nowa days.

Thanks for the help anyway! :)
