Technical HELP! exhauast rattle.

hey guys as you can see ive got a full janspeed stanless system and the janspeed 4 branch manifold and de-cat pipe but the exhaust rattles off the heat shield just behind the centre section.does anyone have the same prob any ideas on stopping it? Cheers guys!

Pull it off, or what i did was take it to my local exhaust centre 5 mins of welding and a few pounds latter no more rattles

Yes i have the full janspeed system too, well cat-back. and it rattles like a biatch. However one day the heat shield fully just exploded off from under the car and anearly took out two people walking down the pavement. I stopped and picked up the part. This completely cured my rattling problem, iv welded it back on but its just started doing it again recently.
I don't really want to pull it off, because its there for a reason, but ti think that is where your problem lies.

By the way, do you get much of a perfomance or noise gain from having the Janspeed manifold as well? coz i'm running a standard fiat manifold at the mo.

yeah ive had a look and thats what it is. i dont want to take it off either but ill let you know if fix it so you can get an idea.the manifold does give a good sound and it picks up alot better and it revs alot more freely.worth the money buddy.cheers for the help.
