HELP carb like fell off ?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?

well my car has always had trouble idling, i just thought it needed a tune up right ?????

yeah thats wrong

today i shut of my car and when i stared it again well it would not start and the choke would make it rev to the red line

so i got it to my work place and there was no brakes, ok VAC leak right....... ok check all the lines there all good, i crab the carb and it WAS FEARKING LOOSE !!!! WTF ???? after loot at it its a rub seal the seals it to the intake but WTF holds the carb down it just sitting on top the intake and i can not find any bolts clamps or any thing to hold it on. I have been drivint the car for almost 2 years like this and never notice it before...?!?!?!?

1. what do i need to do???

2. how the hell do i mount it !!!!!!

if u remove the air filter, is there not two bolts that hold it into the intake manifold? thats how the spi unit is held on, not sure about the carbs tho
