i have a 155 bravo and just rebiult the engine after driving it for a week now the car has decided to just start revving on its own normally to about 3000 rpm sometimes higher nay advise is well appreciated cheers martin :confused:

Hello Martin, welcome to the Forum!

Have you checked the inlet manifold for air leaks? from the head back to the throttle body. An air leak will cause the car to rev on its own. Obviously everything has been disturbed so there is a lot of stuff to double check.

on closer look have found a tear in the air intake between the mass air flow sensor and throttle body ya reckon that could be it ? who do people recommend for stainless exhaust systems , have got powerflow at moment but think its past its best few crappy repairs on it lol
