Long-term lurker who's finally got around to joining the site and thought I'd better say hello :wave: My car is the 1.6 Mjet Sporting in exotica red and is currently looking a little sorry for itself as it's on winter wheels and absolutely covered in mud.
I'll get some pictures up once it's back to it's summer alloys and been cleaned
I haven't done anything to the car other than change the stereo. I could tell you I'm keeping it standard because the 1.6 is a relatively rare model and there aren't that many of the road but that would be a lie Really, I just have no inclination and enjoy the car as it is
I've owned it for 3.5 years now - time flies and overall I'm very pleased with it even though it occasionally throws little niggles at me. Hopefully I'll be taking it to a couple of shows this year including Scottish Italian Car Day at Cupar where it'll look it's absolute best having had some professional lavishing the day before. I'm also aiming to get to Stanford this year as I've only heard good things about that show. Was gutted when it was announced as a classic show and am relieved they've relented and are now letting the riff raff in too
