I have just bought a 08 Punto Dynamic M-jet 16v (according to the V5c)

Its a great little car, nippy and comfortable.

First (of many) question. is my car a Grande Punto and is it a Mk2. they seem to be called different things and my noggin cant work it out...

Hi, yes its a Grande..they started in 2006

Body code is 199 and its a joint venture.. so body parts are shared with the vaux Corsa D ( and the Alfa mito)

The 1248 multijet is good : I have 3

The 1.9's are good too.. but power can cause issues

I'm having an issue with the driver side window opening and closing itself??

Is this anything that you've come across before?

You mean after pressing button it keeps travelling full travel ?

If it travels irrespective of sw itch..
Check the wiring at door hinge
