Technical Heaters again

I put a similar post up the other day but it didnt make much sense hence no replies. Let me try again, hopefully it will be clearer.

No heat from heaters at all, no illuminating lights. When i turn heaters on (1,2,3) etc my headlights come on all the time still not producing any kind of air (even cold) have checked all the fuses and relays and they are fine. Any ideas, even stabs in the dark would be better than what i av come up with.

if your headlights are coming on when you put heater on you have a short some where
