Hi all
I have a 08 bravo T-jet 1.4 turbo, when I bought it one of the fan's only had hot and the other cold, few months later the whole heating and ac have completely stopped, I comes back on once in a blue moon,
Any suggestions
Thanks

That's common issue with Stilo and Bravo. Some stepper motor got broken, it's usually very hard to repair it - dashboard needs to go out. But do your research first.

If the car has full climate control, switch the ignition on without starting the engine, then hold the AUTO and MONO buttons in for about 30 seconds.

I've tried you're Suggestion, and still nothing, anything else I could try before I fold and take to a garage.
Thanks

I've got the same problem - left side cold, right side fine. On cold winter days I get around it by recirculating the cabin air. I tried the climate control 'reset' above too without success. All the solutions I am seeing also point to the whole dash needing to come out to replace a stepper motor/similar. I'm still looking though. If I find another way I'll post here. I've noticed that when I turn the ignition on I can hear a faint repeat buzzing sound which suggests to me that something is stuck but trying to move.

Hi,

There is a FIAT/ALFA specialist near Winchester in Southern England

The guy has posted on here over the years detailing several ' novel repairs'

The Heater unit being one of them

I believe Diagnostic software can also drive the kit...
worth a try with MES or AlfaOBD before committing to £60 an hour surgery

Charlie - near the M4
