Technical Heater fan resistor changed and fan only on position 4

Hi there, 2010 Fiat Punto Grande. I have read through the forum about the number of issues with the heater fan only working on setting four. My heater fan only works on setting four and I have changed the resistor as most people have suggested but the fan still does not work on settings 1, 2 and 3. Have checked the connector blocks and associated wires, there are no signs of overheating. Can anybody help please

Hy, Dave! Have you managed your fan problem? My car has the same problem i've discovered today, fan working only on 4... Did you find any solution to this? Thanks
