Technical Heater fan only working on no: 4

My Muti's fan only works on setting 4 has any one got a solution to this?

hi, did you manage to sort out this problem? or have i bought your car lol

ive got a yr 2000 punto, exactly the same problem. i had the heater replaced, worked ok for few days, then same problem started again.
anybody have any ideas? :worship: :worship:

I had them same problem on a Renault Clio-the inhibitor switch on the fan kept blowing-it ended up being something to do with a small rubber drivebelt that had too much tension and kept blowing it-hope this helps

possible resistor fault,speeds 1,2&3 run through resistor speed 4 does not.
