Hey there. I'm probably an expert on this now.
First of all I would check your heater resistor. You can find this in the foot well passenger side. If either the resistor or cables that plug into it look burnt or melted its time to replace. You can get a new one on ebay for like £5 or £30 with loom.
Next if this doesn't work it could be your motor itself. If you have an older doblo then your looking at about £45 newer versions like my 2011 will cost more like £65.its really easy to fit. Just undo the 3 screws remove cables and carefully pull out. This is also in the passenger foot well
