not as standard but i have modded cars in the past.just go to the scrappys and get the heating pads from an old volvo(they just slip out) put them in your seats (can be a bugger), wire it through a relay and hey presto,feels like you have wet ur self at first!!!!only prob is they draw heavy amps

Remove that seat cover and welcome to hell.

Trust me, shove a hot water bottle up your arse, it'll be less hassle

usually on the seat if you reach in from the back you can pull them out its just a plastic mesh and cut the wire.its a simple two wire job.the tricky bit is taking your seat cover off that depends on the car and how nice the design is.Eg. on a cavvy u just pull the cover of around the edges,but make sure you have a good battery/alternator and you run them through a relay cos they draw a hell of a lot of amps!!!oh and on a sadistic note its great to turn them on under your passenger and not tell them ,then just watch the realisation that somethings not quite right down below!!!
