Technical Headlights don't work

When i click the headlights the first grade beam works but when i go on to the second beam (normal light for night) it won't turn on. But when i push it forward the indicator stick to go on high beam all the lights turn on. Now I've checked the fuses and the bulbs they all seem to be fine. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

my guess would be with the switch/arm.itself.some sort of short.see if you can get another at a scrapy.its that or the relay.but im fairly sure the same relay does both main and dipped lights.if you are lucky enough to find a car in a scrapy get the relay to.if you have a mate with same car swap his relay,see if that works.

Thanks a lot i thought so it would be the switch. Ok i'll try to change the switch.
