Head unit screwed - anyone know if this one is any good?

Have a sony head unit and the tuner is bust, think it was bust when dad 'found' it so am looking for a new sony one that can handle the bass of the rear speakers and woofer. have been looking at the cdx-f7700, anyone have this and/or know if its any good or recommended?
