Hello Folks..We have a cinquecento sporting and the timing belt has been demaged.Was replaced but engine wont start.Cylinder head will be checked if there is any troubles with the valves.If its so,can we replace it with punto 60hp parts?Fare as i know its the same engine..Please help..Thnx,Johnny.

Based on what you have already had done, this only leaves the expansion tank cap.
My Father in Law went through everything some years ago due to his car overheating. Loads of money later, including a head gasket, pressure tests etc, it still overheated. I put a new cap on it and it was fine.
I have experienced this on a number of cars over the years. Hopefully its the same for yours.

FIRE engine is none interferance.
Have you got the timing right. including the the crank sprocket on its wee pin?

Check the timing, ignition (most likely, as rallycinq suggests) and valve. Then, if OK, check for spark and fuel when engine cranked. If no fuel and no spark, TDC sensor.
