General Hallo again

Hi you lot. Not been on here for a year or so since I sold my Riviera. A 1972 Lancia 2000 Coupe in the meantime and now I have bought a 1993 SL500. And do you know, the B kicks it in terms of being fun to drive. SL looks great, has fair performance but is just an ubertank. Chuckability and lightness of a B is much more fun.

So, any of you thinking of selling your B to get something supposedly better, don't be too quick to jump ship!

Been there, done that. And more importantly rectified my error! I have noticed since I have come back to this site I am not the only one to take a second kick at the can. We'll wait for you to come back to the fold.

My unsatisfactory replacement was an old style Volvo C70. Comfortable and quick but more of a barge than a little board!

I always liked the Mercedes roadsters but prefer the more classic lines of the 350 SL, or even the 280 (if I win the lottery). However, you have a nice car there mate, ubertank or not.

Hard, no impossible!, to justify. The SL is a third car as it is.....

haha you can never have too many cars.have to say i was tempted by a merc recently but when the roof goes down there is no boot.
