Im gutted....
went to Mangoletsi in Knutsford (a fair way from where I live, but the nearest fiat dealer) with my mate the other day as he wanted a few bits and bobs for his car, and while I was there I thought id get a touch up paint for my Cinq - as its does have a small bout of "tesco rash" on the doors and a few other chips here and there - being a black car it makes it look a bit rubbish....
anyway, the guy there quoted me a reasonable £3 to £5 for a touch up set...sad thing is though I couldnt remember my exact number plate (as Ive just bought the car!) and according to him it was "impossible" to find out just by saying it was a P plate (96) Cinq sporting....to me its black, but there seems to be about 100 "shades" of black!!
anyway, went to Halfords today as someone told me they could also match up the colours - they didnt have mine in - but anyway all the touch up pens on the shelf were leaking, or had bits missing(!), and they quoted me a tenner for one for my car....and I couldnt even order one of these crappy things even if I wanted too as "the person i need to speak to is off today"
get your act together Halfords and stop overcharging for a half arsed service....

and it cost me £10 to find that out. I went to Fiat, gave them the car details (model, year and paint code), paid about 6 quid for the proper touch up kit, and surprise surprise it was spot-on.
