My marea 105 jtd weekend is suffering from the typical flat spot in the 2500- 3000 rpm range. Feels like the turbo isn't working, and feels generally a testicle short of its full, albeit modest, set. Pretty sure the turbo is online though....
The inlet manifold is full of the black tarry sludgy stuff.
What I want to know is, after I've de-sludged, will replacing the Exaust Recirculation Valve stop this from happenning again/was it's failure the cause if sludge in the first place?
If so where's the cheapest place I get one?
If not, what else should I try?
Any any any ideeeas?
