Technical Grinding noise

it's hard to describe, but when I am driving there is a subtle grinding noise. It's not heard when the car is idle therefore it's most definately something to do with my driver's side wheel.

I don't think it's affecting the performance at all but what could it be?

I think i'm making too many threads so i'll ask this here... I had the fans set on zero but the vents were open and there was alot of heat blowing in, could this indicate overheating? Thanks in advance.

Front wheel bearing?

Put it on a stands and rotate the front wheel. Does it feel rough? Any movement at 12 and 6 o'clock?

When I turn the wheel, it gets to a certain point on each rotation and grinds. There is no play at 12/6 at all.

note: It's only happened since I had the wheel off for a few days.

The one in the centre of the dash. Hasn't done it since though.
