Technical Grande Punto to Evo taillights

I have a Fiat Grande Punto 1.4 2007, and im wondering is it possible to change my taillights to the ones form Punto Evo's since my taillight started to crack and its time to replace them. Will they fit on my chassis and do i need a different connector?

Hi, mounts are the same,

People swap from LED to older style when the LED fails..

So potentially OK..

I suppose the LED units Might put the bulb warning on the dashboard..

I've looked into it a little bit...yes it would but its the same as my number plate lights all you need to do is put a series resistor and the warning will go away, however i couldn't rly find the make and year on the car's that did the conversation so im still unsure if it can be done on my 2007 GP, also idk what type of resistor do i need (how many ohm's and wether it needs a heatsink or just a regular would do)
