Technical Grande Punto engine noise

Hello! Recently I was hearing noises coming from the engine whe I was changing gears and when I was moving on a bumpy road. It turned out that my mounding bases were cut. I replaced them and I can say tha although the previous noises vanished now I hear the same metallic noise when the engine starts and when I slow down with gear in. Any ideas?

PS: the noise I’m talking about seems like 2 metals are hitting each other

Does it leak exhaust fumes into the engine bay? Leaking exhaust manifold gasket can make metallic noises.

Changing gears, bumps...it looks to me like rear engine mounting (dog bone, behind engine)
