I have been looking at all the nice pics of the Gp Abarth:

and noticed a "sport boost" button on dash !!!

Any idea what this is about is it the same as the 100hp sport button ??

It will proberly do the same as it does in the Bravo sport T-jet.
Changes the way the throttle is opened like the 100hp but also gives a noticable boost in torque.

The sport boost liberates an extra 18-lb-ft of torque and makes it accessible lower down the rev range.

I dont know exactly how though.

Press the prominent "Sport Boost" button in the dash and the electronics make the already quick steering feel even more purposeful, the accelerator travel shorten and provide a turbo overboost that lifts torque output.

i think the sport boost button is only on the Essesse model.

my dads got one in his bmw.. you going.. and you press it.. and you go faster! lolzzz nah you can feel it pull.. gives a nice little boost of power

I need to get some knight rider style buttons in my car. Its all a little bit boring. All i can see is a switch for the City steering mode - which i dont use.

I do have the switches for my sunroof though. Just noticed a while back that there is lots of hidden menus on the car. Such as you can set a speed limiter so that you dont go over a certain speed. If you do you get a load of scary Stilo beeps

It has enough buttons to keep me occupied though. Theres about 8 different buttons on the right hand side of the steering column that control all the hidden menus and parking lights etc etc.

Then there is about 20 or so on the cd player, and then 3 twisty nobs for the heating, and 3 other buttons for heating settings.

Then there is the city button. Then on the roof theres the 3 different light switches, and then a bit further back theres the close blind/open blind buttons, and then the twisty nob with about 6 settings on how far you want the roof back.

Thats enough for me. I need more high tech buttons like Oil Slick, and Turbo Boost.

I've always said the same about these 'sport' buttons.

They are competely pointless, if I buy a car I want it to perform to it's best all the time.
