Technical Grande Punto 1.4 t-jet not starting

Hello,
I would like to ask for help. I have fiat grande punto 1.4t-jet. Problem is that car is not starting. Problem is fuel related because it starts on brake cleaner, and fuel pump works.

I presume you've already checked the battery?

Also check the black earthing cable from the battery to the body of the car. They routinely snap on these cars and if it has snapped it will prevent the car from starting.

Battery i new, why would earth cable efect that car does not start?

car does not have any lights on and scaner does not show fault codes
