You have 3 tabs on the Positive battery terminal,

Follow the Red cables

1 to Starter,
1 to Glow relay

I did all this on a 1.3 punto

I was trying to find online a workshop manual for the Strada, found only the common one for the Siena / Albea / Palio Weekend, but it does not cover the 1,7 diesel engine

Better still - there's big fuse in your photo labelled 'glow' -- follow the wire that comes from that

So there is..

On the later Punto it's on the battery clamp, a "maxi-fuse"

Guess which had failed to supply power to the plugs..
