Technical getting behind dashboard

Has anyone got any idea's as to the best way to get behind the instrument panel. I want to renew the milometer bulb, Today i tried the direct approach and attempted to remove the dash surround, starting with the obvious screws around the instrument panel i found that the surround was loose on the left hand side but solid on the right. removing the fuse panel cover i found one screw underneath the dash but it still would not move. It looks like its fixed to the air duct somehow?
Anybody got any idea's??

Hi mate,
If you drop the steering wheel down there are another two screws there aswell, or have you undone those too??
